Please provide some basic information about your operation so we can provide the best solution for your needs.

OmniVoIP*

Voice over Internet Protocol phone service including local and toll free phone numbers that are STIR/SHAKEN compliant with "A" level attestation at purchase. Product can be used with any SIP Trunk based cloud contact center or auto dialer and our team can assist with configuration if needed. Standard rate is $0.009 + applicable taxes per minute billed in 6 second increments. Billing is prepaid and billed real time.  Clients are granted access to their VoIP account through our billing portal where they can view their phone numbers, itemized call details and other carrier level information. 

*Clients must maintain an average duration of 7 seconds or longer for 90% of all calls to avoid remediation, service interruption and possible termination of account. All inbound calls must be answered by a live agent, call menu with opt out method, or a managed voicemail box per TCPA regulations. Currently owned phone numbers may be ported if necessary, see below for instructions and details.

Dedicated Fusion Hosting Only 

Dedicated and hosted install of ViciDial with branded login URL (xyzcompany.dial-fusion.com) and full back end admin access to all system settings.  Starts at $250 per month for up to 25 logged in users. Includes 6 free support hours per month. Additional support billed at $125 per hour in 15 minute increments.  Does NOT include VoIP or phone numbers, works with any SIP Trunk based carrier.

Dedicated Fusion Hosting + OmniVoIP 

Combination of both products above, billed separately.  Hosting is billed monthly based on logged in agents (users) and OmniVoIP is prepaid, billed real time, recharge as needed to maintain positive balance in VoIP account to avoid service interruption and incorrect system detected dispositions for calls that fail.

Managed Dial Fusion + OmniVoIP 

Fully managed in shared install of ViciDial segregated by client (User Groups) with limited admin permissions that only include client specific items in the system such as Users, Campaigns, Lists, Leads and Reports.  Does not include access to system settings.  8x5 support included at no additional cost for standard requests and day to day administrative needs.  Special requests or those more complicated may incur additional support fees billed separately at $125/hour in 15 minute increments.
